The product must be unused and retain the original packaging and all attached labels.

Return and Exchange Process

Apply for Return and Exchange: Fill out the Return and Exchange Application Form according to the guidance of customer service, including your order information and reason for return and exchange.

Prepare the product: Put the product together with all accessories and original packaging in a safe box.

Returning the item: Use the mailing method of your choice to return the item to the specified address.

Notes

We cover the return shipping costs due to quality issues, but additional fees may be incurred for returns due to personal reasons (such as dislike, change of mind).

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible return and exchange requests will be processed. Refunds will be returned to your original payment account within a few days.
